We made an appointment with 2 weeks in advance. Once we arrived we were told the waiting time was about an hour and a half. While waiting Ng to sign papers another customer arrived without appointment....same waiting time! So what's the point? We have been clients for years. Oil change used to take no more than 30 minutes
On top of that the car wasn't washed as in the past and we needed to reset all the controls.

The oil change was a little longer than promised: One hour and 45 minutes as opposed to one hour. I understand the dealership was busy , but a quick check would be nice.

I went to find my car 15 minutes after agreed upon pu time, then find service rep. Car was ready to go, taking a rest after a nice wash???
