When I arrived, Ruben was arranging forms & said he'd be right with me. He presided to put forms together & made a phone call. Another customer came & he once again said he'd be right with us. This went on for about 10 minutes before he started my paperwork. To be fair, he was alone as Barry was at lunch apparently, but it just takes a second to look up & say sorry for the delay. He just gave the impression he was in no rush.
