Hector is a pleasure to deal with. He has integrity and is reliable. I have dealt with different reps at Win Hyundai service, some are gruff, curt and even unpleasant. Hector is the opposite, he is friendly, respectful and makes you feel comfortable. I appreciate his service and commend him.

With the first service, I was so upset because when I saw my car it tells me how this serviceman careless about customers; it looks like someone did who never train about that part. But I call Ruben Sandoval (Service Advisor) and he take care of the service error and help me to fix the car again. It was a well-done service make me satisfied with the service.
