My service advisor was very friendly, professional, and took great care of me. I was just very disappointed and felt cheated because they did not complete the service I paid for and requested which was rotate my tires. They did end up rotating the tires after I brought it to their attention that my tires were not rotated. It is just very disappointing because I didn’t expect a car dealership to miss something like that. I specifically stopped going to regular oil change shops because of past bad experiences. Anyway, I could of gotten really upset, made a scene; and demanded a full refund... but I didn’t. Mistakes happen... but it just left a bad taste in my mouth.
