Thank you for excellent customer service. Everyone I encountered at Win Hyundai in Carson was pleasant. I appreciate that in the staff there. The dealership was clean and comfortable fir my wait while vehicle was being serviced.
I was originally going to go to the Torrance Hyundai for convenience purposes but it was impossible reaching a live agent by phone. And they were non-responsive to the text feature to make appointments. I called Win Hyundai in Carson one morning and on the same day that the Win Hyundai service agent invited me to visit. The call was immediately answered and he said, “come on down, there’s no wait right now... we’ll see you soon!” And I’m so glad that I decided to drive the 30 minutes to Win Hyundai in Carson (versus 10 minutes to Torrance). I’d rather drive farther for better service than the 10 minutes for convenience and poor service. And it was Hector who answered the call because he remembered speaking to me earlier.
