The wait time was too long. I got the 7500 mile package done & used the express card that states you will get your minor service in 60 minutes or less. My total wait time was 3 hours & 12 minutes. That is extremely long for something that usually takes an hour & a half max. & I was only notified about the status after having to ask & after 2 and a half hours. There was alot of false advertisement as well. The service says it includes a complimentary car wash & vacuum which I did not receive. All they did was wet a towel and wipe my car down & did not vacuum. I saw that with my own eyes.
