Hector Jimenez was great, he got everything done real quick.
What I didn't like was that the dealership stopped washing the vehicles! Saying its to minimize contact due to covid! Come on now, they just walk around with a pressure washer, where's the contact? I'd rather they said "due to the pandemic, our staffing is stretched thin we've had to suspend vehicle washes.
We still wouldn't like it but it'd be closer to the truth wouldn't it?
