He was very professional and straight forward. It was our first visit back to the service station since purchasing our new Elantra, and I was unsure about how the service would be. They changed my oil, inspected my car, and fixed a little damage near my upper right tire. I was in and out relatively quickly. I was pleased with the service and will be returning soon.

RO#66992 I was promised my vehicle at 4 and it wasn’t ready until 5:30 but that wasn’t the main reason to my dissatisfaction of service that I received Thursday 4/12/18. There were 5 cercerns that needed to be touched on with my vehicle. Both filters as requested were changed and the ticking noise was found from the engine and parts need to be ordered. But I did not receive my report from my multi-point inspection. My SA told me the tech went home with the report so he wasn’t able to let me nothing if anything else was wrong with my vehicle. He told me he would follow up with my Friday 04/13/18 and he didn’t. I called and requested to speak with him at 2:45PM and he was on lunch, not coming back until the next hour. A message was left for him to return the call and I never received the call. At this point how do I know that I will even receive a call letting me know that the parts are in for my vehicle to be repaired under warranty. I might be the one doing the calling to find out when I have to bring my vehicle in for repair and I honestly feel that maybe a multi-point wasn’t even done. And it won’t be done until I bring my vehicle in for repair.
