I was not greeted when I arrived I waited a few minutes and then went in. When I went in I still wasnt greeted. I was looked at asked what can I do for you as if I was doing him a favor. Customer service was not friendly by anyone in the service department. This is one of the reasons I stopped going to Win for a while and I really don't think I will be returning.

Chadwick was absolutely amazing and he had nothing to do with my dissatisfaction. I'm very disappointed in my car purchase of a certified vehicle with Win Hyundai. I don't know anyone who has bought a certified vehicle and had any problems in such a short period of time, not even the first couple of years. This shows me that Hyundai vehicles are not a good investment.

It took several weeks to contact me after the initial service visit. They never called me back. I contacted the service department several times. I, frankly, had to make several calls and only after contacted the service manager and corporate office was I taken care of. Parts where replaced but the air conditioning unit still does not work. The vehicle still presents with the original problem. I will not be returning to this dealership. I will be taking my vehicle and original paperwork to the Torrance dealership.
