I am very disappointed in the negligence to rotate my tires in the past two services, and it’s a coincidence that today it was discovered my tires are “dangerously low tread”. Who’s fault is that? The is my third lease agreement and I’ve never had an issue with having to install new tires. My driving habitual are the same, in fact, I’ve taken longer trips with my previous lease vehicles and have never been told my tires needed to be changed or my brake pads for that matter. This has got to be the worst experience with the Nissan service department by far, and I’m going to consider looking elsewhere once my lease agreement is up.

As a 20 year customer of Crowley Auto Group, I think the amount that I was quoted, as well as what I was required to pay was unreasonable. I know that Josh was just doing his job, but I received a quote for the same repairs for literally half the price.
We are contemplating our loyalty to Crowley.
