Chandler did a great job. I called service and talked to some lady about tires. She transferred me to the parts department. The parts department was not very helpful, neither was the parts department manager that was advising the parts department employee that I was talking to. They wanted me to tell them what size my tires were. They could have easily checked the tire size for a 2018 Nissan Rogue, but they didn't and sent me back to the service department. Then Chandler was fully of assistance and took care of my request.
