Richard was very professional and did a great job in seeing that my oil change was done in a timely manner and my tires were rotated and let me know the status if my breaks. The staff at Crowley Nissan is top notch, that’s why I bought my 2017 Nissan Rogue there even though Middletown Nissan is closer and easier to get to my salesman Steve Chagnon is super friendly to me and even stops by my workplace at Stew Leonard’s wines to say Hi to me when his wife is shopping. Crowley Nissan offers great pricing, great service and a beautiful dealership to go to. I look forward to my trips to the dealership and my 2017 Nissan Rogue has been a purchase with 100% satisfaction !

You guys gave me my car back after telling me it was unsafe to drive 4 minutes down the road to Your location at Crowley after I informed you about a recall because of liability, and then all of a sudden it was deemed safe for me to drive once Nissan realized there was going to be a long wait for the recall solution to be come available, and then you also inform me that the problem with my car ( one of the the exact symptoms on my recall notice, isn’t covered to be fixed by the recall ) Nothing personal, but that doesn’t sit right with me, and lessens my trust.

Chandler was absolutely amazing. He had a great attitude, some quality upgrading skills he took care of me so quickly. Also Joe helped us. I had a few things that needed attention and they addressed my needs. Also they even thought me that a rattling license plate does not mean your car is going to blow up! I learned that for free. Chandler got me pricing and ordered some accessories for my car and all I had to do was swipe. This is now my 6th car at Crowley. I have never had an issue. And my needs are always exceeded. Thanks. It was easy to wait the very little time it took them to fix my car. It’s always impressive. Thank you. And they’re all pretty funny.
