Your service dept is wonderful. They where caring, efficient, and with all that they did, much to my delight, I was only there 1 hour and 10 min
However your reception area for waiting was disgusting. It was so dark I could hardly read my paper, the couch was old and I could not sit in it for fear I would never get out of it, and the metal chairs where terribly uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the fabulous people that work in your service dept, I would not bring my car in to you for service. Why can’t you make your waiting area as nice or half as nice as your showroom???

Oil change went well but for what you charge you should also rotate the tires. I pay the same for an oil change at Stephen Cadillac and they rotate the tires.
