He said my car need CVT transmission drain and fill, and Brake fluid system flush. I said both were done please check service record. He said he checked but didn’t find, so I took his advice and paid again today. I returned home and locate service record showing both jobs were done March 2018 at 31,572 miles. I called him, he offered apology for not seeing from record but standby his recommendation based on the car’s age and not low mileage.
My questions:
Are both services warranted in my situation?
If he did see my service record, would his advice be different, or modify his advice to perform these services on later date?
How many years of interval should these services be performed on my car?
Would any form of discount or compensation be considered to my account?
