I brought my car to your service dept bc my steering wheel was making noise every time I turned so it indicated to me I needed power steering fluid. I also told the rep at the front desk, my car needed antifreeze, along with power steering fluid. I also got an oil change. Somehow I was up sell something I didn’t request and was told it was better than a oil change. That was an additional 40 bucks. When I got into my car to leave the steering wheel still was indicating a noise so I could tell nobody put steering wheel fluid in. I went back into your service dept and was told my car doesn’t take power steering fluid and I said “yes it does bc I had that service done at a different garage a year ago. Then I was told well your gonna need to pay $150 for a diagnosis to see what’s wrong and what did I expect walking in without an appointment. Huh??? I really only came in to get power steering fluid and antifreeze in my car. I threw in the oil change just bc I was there. Nobody said anything about a diagnosis and I would have to make an appointment for another day. what I can’t understand is why nobody in the garage put in power steering fluid and my fn antifreeze well is totally dry so obviously you didn’t do what I came in there for and regardless all this is suppose to be done automatically with an oil change. Now I’m wondering if you changed the filter and did an oil change in my car
