I did not feel safe waiting inside. Staff accommodated my need for efficiency by servicing my car quickly while I waited outdoors. Very much appreciated on a cold morning.

My odometer had to be reset. It is obvious that it was done through a computerized mechanism of some sort because it shows 30,500 miles exactly. I know that my car had less than 28,000 miles on it. I just wish someone had called to ask me. I had my 30,000 mile check done sooner than was necessary as well as an oil change and tire rotation which means I am taking very good care of my Rogue. However the mileage entered was 500 miles more than necessary.

The muffler is broken after 61 thousand miles and is not covered in extended warranty also .. such an expensive car and muffler rusted after 7 years .. not a good experience unless Nissan comes to help with the issue..

I was very happy with the service I received from Richard and Josh.
The only problem was my wallet was lost and the only place it could have dropped was from jacket pocket in the courtesy shuttle which dropped myself and my supervisor off at work right down the street from Crowleys.
I asked the driver who looked for it and said he did not see it.
I believe him but what about the other people in the shuttle after me, could they have picked it without the driver noticing. I appreciate josh looking out in the lot on such a cold day, but it was definitely gone from the time I got to Crowleys and was dropped off at work. I lost license , debit card, credit cards not to mention the money in my billfold. I will be filing a Police report and I will try to find who else was in the shuttle after me.
I am not pointing fingers at Crowley employees but really am distraught over this whole episode.I realize if someone did pick it up…. Well if they didn’t turn it in they wouldn’t admit it either.
