I cannot say nice enough things about your amazing service team members. I went in for a regular servicing and I had a feeling my tires weren’t in great shape. No one went over the “check list” after informing me my battery had to be unexpectedly replaced only 4 weeks after purchasing the car. I had to make a one hr , one way trip to have the oil and oil filter changed months sooner than should have been needed, as I was told I wouldn’t need it changed until April 2022! Then when I got home, I see the check list indicated an engine air filter needed attention. It should have been replaced free of charge while I was there for nearly 2 hrs.
I want a manager to call me back on Monday so I can make sense of this.
