I am very pleased with service done today. However I am a little disappointed with how long it took. I was told it would be about a hour. I was there at 9.40 did not get car back until close to 11.30.

I went to get an oil change, brakes, and the lease end inspection. I was told I could hold off on getting tires until October as I didn’t have the money right now. Now I’m being told that I can’t buy my lease out (tomorrow) until my tires are done. I was told a week ago I could wait till next month and no one told me until TODAY that I needed brakes before TOMORROW. On top of that, the service department is saying they never said I could wait to get tires.
