I picked up my car to see a damn scratch across my passenger door longer than my hand and a smaller one on the back passenger bumper. I'm definitely pissed! They are working with me on resolving this ****. But this ain't the first time! Which is EXTREMELY irritating!! Carelessness is out of control here with the guys driving MY vehicle that I pay for.

Chandler was great. He explained that I was in need of a new battery. My vehicle is about 5 years old and Chandler explained that the normal life battery is about 5 years. He always is professional and courteous. A great service advisor.

Did not feel welcomed when we first walked in no one acknowledged us until my husband spoke up and said good morning to everyone not one of the three men that was sitting there said good morning how can I help you until my husband said it first. Other than that great experience and we come all the way from Meriden.

Although the service was done in a timely manner, I had asked if the front of my car could be vacuumed since I had just come back from traveling. I was told it would be. When I got in the vehicle, all that had been done was a shaking out or quick vacuum of the drivers side mat- not the carpet under the mat, or anything at all on the passenger side or seats. Very shabby service for a good customer who purchased every extra option when car was purchased.

Chandler, Josh and Nick in service were great! They inspected my vehicle and addressed my concerns. They also offered me a rental while I was waiting for the fix on my car. They listened and went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved and that they offered me an incentive for my next visit to make up for the error! Great service!!!!

On july 28th ---i spoke to john hogan who said to bring in vehicle to be checked since armada was intermittently not starting and voltage fluctuating on dash. I dropped it off for the entire day and josh matos said stop brake switch needed replacement. He also said battery was good--no issues. On aug 19th brought vehicle for oil change. Made an appointment to wait and vehicle was only taken in 1 hour after arrived. Chandler Boutin upon check out said have you been having problems with battery. I explained what took place on july 28th. He said battery low and needs charging and wanted to charge it to figure out what was going on with the vehicle. I agreed to this. Upon charging the battery was still giving same message--chrage and retest---voltage was only 540CCA of 780CCA. Chandler was on lunch break now and dealt with josh again who said there was nothing they could do to replace battery under warranty because i did not fail. My concern is my original payment 3 weeks prior they said all was ok. I saw no changes in voltage on battery during this time. The vehicle is only 1.5 years old and battery causing issues but you will not replace. So you rather have the customer stranded with a dead battery which fails early? I feel the issue was not resolved nor addressed appropriately. Feel free to call me at ****-****-xxxx
