Absolutely NOT happy about paying just under $1,100 for a blower motor replacement. A bit on the excessive side. The labor charge was outrageous. When I questioned the posted $140 an hour labor rate times the amount of time necessary to do the repair, I was told that wasn’t really the rate...that the rate was “variable”. It was the first time I was not happy leaving the dealership.
