New Rogue two months old. Warning light Abs brakes. Drop my car off at 8:30. Get a call around 3:00 pm not fixed had to order camera part. Was told on National back order don’t know when it will come in. Told don’t worry car won’t crash. Go pick the car your Representative tells me to go to cashier. I try to explain the car wasn’t fixed. Told “it doesn’t matter you need to see cashier”. Go see cashier she has nothing. Sent back to representative who finds my keys. He hands me my key and I’m like where is my car. It’s outside around the corner”. What corner?? Told in the parking lot. So I had to literally go find my car. WHY wasn’t my car out front of the maintenance office. There was plenty of room. It wasn’t busy. I was so upset. I wasn’t told sorry for the inconvenience, we will be on top of this, keep you posted. When I got the pick up call I was told don’t worry won’t crash. Of course I’m worried and concerned when a warning keeps going off showing two cars crashing and the fact this is a new car. I gave Crowley close to $32,000.00 and this is the service I get. You have a problem. Question?? Was there an attempt to get the part from another dealer, why do I have to go search to get my car in a parking lot filled with cars, why did it take almost seven hours to tell me my car wasn’t fixed due to a part, why was I treated with a lack of respect. I am so upset!!!
