I felt like I was played. The service was professional. However, when I made the oil change appointment I was told it was 19.95. Upon arrival I presented the 5 dollar coupon. The estimate said the bill would be @22 dollars. When I asked if he took off the coupon he said yes. He said oil changes went u to 30 dollars. When I paid the invoice said 19.95. I asked if the coupon was applied. They answered yes. I don’t believe it was. I’ve always had honest dealings with the service up until this time.

Replacing a engine air filter cost more than $66? The othe place only $25. So I think this is robed off. I would do that next time since it only cost me about 10mins to replace it on my own. I am glad that I did not agree for the cabin air filter replacement of another $70 charge. I got home and only took me 5 mins to replace it myself.
