For the last 2 visits the service writer has not provided the vehicle inspection report for my 2010 Altima. The previous time he was unable to provide it for some reason. This time I was provided with a link that supposedly linked to the report. The link doesn’t work. Previously the report was ALWAYS provided. I am curious why this report is so hard to receive?
