I brought my Murano in to be serviced, an oil change and I mentioned a rubbing sound happening when I turned the wheels. The service technicians could not find the issue. Josh was not satisfied with sending me on my way so he told me he was going to have someone drive the vehicle. They were able to identify the issue and correct it. Josh stated that he wasn’t comfortable with letting me leave, and wanted to make sure it was safe for me to drive. That was great of him to take my safety into consideration. 5 stars for Josh.
