Very poor service. From start to finish not a good experience. Felt like staff was uninterested in being helpful. Not that experience we thought we would recieve. Our past 2 car purchase have been with Crowley auto group, but after today, and the blatant non chalant demeanor of the staff, we will not huy or service our car their, Bristol, or any of its locations again. Our dissatisfaction is so great, we have already contact other dealerships and are testing in our Crowley vehicle this weekend for a another auto group. Disappointing!

I will not buy from you ever again, and I plan to post my comments and concerns on your site. I have an extended vehicle warranty, which I was told “covered EVERYTHING ON THE CAR 100%, with the exclusions of windshield wiper blades, tires and brakes. I am having a problem with my driver door handle. The lock button is pushed way in. First I was told that “that’s a trim item which isn’t covered”. When I stated that there was no exclusion for trim in my warranty, I was told there would be a fee OF $149 TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM”. When I stated that it would take less than 10 seconds to diagnose, Chandler told me “nonetheless he had to compensate his technician”. Then, if it was submitted to the warranty, $100 would be charged for ‘my deductible’. There was never any mention of a deductable when the policy was sold to me, nor is it in the warranty. In addition to this, they serviced a manmm by who walked in with no appointment ahead of us, keeping us waiting for hours. Rather than feel satisfied I plan to write to the CT Cunsumer Protection and the State Attorney General to complain of what is clearly fraud, misleading of customers at time of sale, and attempts to avoid fulfilling a warranty by charging outrageous “diagnosis fees “ and here to fore never mentioned deductibles.
