I got the Receipt on it was written I Declined Recommendation when nobody even told me anything that needed to be done . When I called back to ask I was told to hold then got hung up on and nobody returned my call to let me know what was needed to be fixed in my car .

Was any cleaning done to remove any germs? Do you normally sanitize the car after service? Do you normally vacuum car? I did not get print out green, yellow, red codes just sticker in upper left windshield with glue still there from previous sticker. Personality of all staff friendly, polite and professional.
