Chandler checked me in and was very efficient. I asked about how long it would take and he said about an hour. After that I never saw him again. Josh was then in charge at the customer service desk. After an hour had passed, I asked Josh if he could check on the status of my car which I was told was a battery issue. He said the battery was fine and they’re checking the rest of my car for the problem. The bottom line ....it was the battery that needed to be fully charged. The bottom line was that he was somewhat rude in answering my questions in a way that you don’t talk to a customer. So it took an hour and a half to have them charge my battery. I did speak to Wayne, the sales manager who is always a pleasure to do business with.

I brought in my Altima to have the oil changed and a tie rod replaced. Oil was allegedly changed but there is no new sticker in the window, the old one remains. The tie rod was replaced under warranty, only had to pay deductible. However, the technician lost my keys. After looking for them all day it was determined that they were left in another customers vehicle. We were told this has happened before. Luckily that customer returned them. They needed to reprogram a new fob but only provided me with one. I was told I need to take time out of my busy schedule to return with my key and car to have a second fob programmed. Unacceptable! Also, since I lost confidence in Crowley I would like my cars serviced at another Nissan dealership but was told my free oil changes on my Altima couldn’t be transferred to another Nissan dealership. Just an extremely poor experience!!!

I was very impressed with the service. I observed the extra care that the service technician had given my car. It was extremely clean. As usual the entire service team was great. Josh and Jay are always friendly and sure to keep me informed of the status of my car. I really saw the attention to detail that the whole team provided. John Hogan was wonderful.
