He was awesome, he knew my son really wanted to go to the Connecticut Science Center. So he took my car back so fast and within 20 mins we were out the door.
He and the staff there made my sons day.
I will not go anywhere else for my service work, because of the group of people in the service center.

Then I talk to the general manager and he pacifically told me it’s not his fault that I can’t afford a rental. I work in a car dealership and I never heard no general manager speak to a customer like that I will report this to Kia.

The staff at Crowley were very nice, professional, and courteous. However, my experience over the last 8 months has been “inconsistent.” It started with no oil in engine. What seemed fixed wasn’t - crack in oil pan on next visit. Many oil consumption tests, spark plugs, days at a time without a car got to be a huge headache. Communication was lacking because every time I brought the car in I was told a different story. Had to send 4 (previous to January) oil change receipts in twice to be submitted to Kia twice?
I know Crowley was the middle man in all this debacle, but shouldn’t a loaner car have been available. I was offered rides. But that doesn’t help get me to and from work which is a 30 mile commute each way.
When Kia finally agreed to put in new engine, it took 6 weeks for Crowley to complete the job and I did not have a car. I was offered a reimbursement of $35 a day and was told Enterprise has rentals for that price. Not true. The lowest price Enterprise had in the 6 weeks was $68 plus plus a day.
Lastly, I picked my car up after 6 weeks and it would have been really nice to have gotten into a clean car. There wasn’t even plastic on the seat or paper mat on floor.
I hope Kia sends me a survey for comments because I will certainly tell them that my experience and what your staff went through was unfair to both of us.
I do not need anyone to contact me about my feedback. I’m just happy I finally have my car back.
