Absolutely ridiculous that a simple oil change took 2 hours. Checked in at 10:30 and I was told I should be out the door by 11:45. I received a text at 12:00 the the vehicle was ready for pick but had to wait another 30 minutes for my vehicle to be brought up to the front. Arrived at 10:30 departed at 12:35 for a routine oil change

I am not pleased with my last service. It started with a 430 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation which was not complete till almost 6pm. The customer with the same 430 appointment, who came in after me was taken care of first, and the service rep gave me an excuse about the master tech was needed for my oil change?? The service is still not complete since my oil change message is still on. I’m not even sure my tires were rotated? Tire pressure is not set to the recommended 39 psi? These are the details I expect to be any tech can complete when I take my Ram to the Dealer. I will be looking for a more accommodating dealer for future services.

When I scheduled my appt for 2, I was assured I'd be out by 3. When I brought my car in the service person told me 45 mins. It took well over an hour and I was late picking my kid up from school. It takes way too long to get an oil change! I even called to see if you were running on time before I left for my appointment, but when I got there they said the girl should’ve asked and they were behind, once again! Then I had to turn around and go back to Crowley after I left because I got a call that they forgot to put my air filter back in my car! Ugh!

My first new car experience was terrible... the lack of communication was astounding. My sales rep only called me once in 6 months (yeah it really took that long) to provide an update on my vehicle status, and that was when it was time to pick up the van. I had to call and find out what was going on after deadlines were missed. Mr. Crowley himself called me, but he was misinformed about the whole situation and I really feel like he did nothing to help make me feel better about the situation. I will use you guys for service of the vehicle, but I will not purchase anything else from you guys in the future. If I hadn’t waited so long for this van (ordered 5/2), you would have another on the lot and I would have taken my business elsewhere. My sales rep blew it, and Mr. Crowley’s misinformed phone call just proved my point that there is a huge lack of communication. I as the customer should not have chase you guys down for information, or be made to feel like you guys don’t care about me. But that’s how it is, all you guys cared about was where to sign.
