Steering wheel is dirty where they replaced the airbag. (Entire center horn area has a white residue on it )Also seems like the emblem in the center of the steering wheel is askew slightly.

Not happy and trust has been broken. Charge $245 for repair and car sent home same as was dropped off. Had to rearranged my day to bring back and show your team you had a customer quality escape. Rep stated alignment machine was at fault. Really? Was an alignment performed. I never received a test sheet showing results. Did I really need s new tie rod end? This was first visit to your service shop and you failed to deliver. I should have taken my car to my local mechanic who I trust.
What will you do internally to prevent this escape from occurring again ?
What will you do to earn my trust and keep me as a future customer?
