We were never called when the car was ready. Upon check in I asked Ann 3 times how much an oil change was. I finally got, “I don’t know” & she didn’t even try to find an answer. I guess I’ll go somewhere else for that. I was given a loaner car & with as told to bring it back with the gas tank full. I filled it, it was one bar below the full line when I arrived & Ann told me I had to “fill” the tank. I went back to the gas station & it took 1.44 gallons. How rediculous. Then the person who brings your car was very rude. He asked me if I needed help & I told him I was waiting for my car, but I wasn’t sure which entrance they would be bringing it & he told me to “calm down”. I wasn’t upset until he told me that.

I bought my car at Crowley yet the service tech had to ask me what type of warranty I had - you would think it would be in the "system". I also own an RV and switched to getting it serviced at Crowley RV. I had a tow package installed on my Wrangler, in doing so some wiring caused a runner light to not work on my Jeep. Crowley Jeep replaced the bulb and it didn't work yet charged me 25 for the bulb saying that third party wiring was the cause - again, I moved my service for the RV to Crowley so I wouldn't have to deal with this. RV can't reimburse us for the $25, and neither will Crowley Jeep. You would think in today's tech savvy world your systems would talk and your techs would have the data they need.

I was hoping to have my car repaired while I waited and it took over an hour and a half for someone to tell me that a part needed to be ordered. I had an appointment and felt that if my car was looked at at the time of my appointment it shouldn’t have taken that long to tell me I needed to come back another day.

I was told when we made the oil change appointment that someone would also test ride the vehicle to listen to a knock between 35-40 mph when we take our foot off the gas and then put it back down. This morning I was told that had to be a different appointment.
