Satisfied with Ms Suarez, however, not satisfied with the way the labor was handled. I made the appointment for an alignment as well as front and back brake pads changed. Van was there from 9 am until 5:30 pm and had to return two days later to get the back pads installed, and still have to go back fir the alignment. Also, there was a discrepancy in cost. It seems each person names their own price.
