Supuestamente se insperciono la guagua Toyota Tacoma Sport Doble Cab y de acuerdo al recibo del mecanico todo se encontraba bien sin embargo una de las luces de freno tracera no funcionana o estaba fundida y nunca se me notifico y veces que la cantidad de vehiculos trabajados no es lo mismo que la calidad de servicio brindado.

The service is good. However, I was not informed that the waiting time for an oil/filter change would take longer than usual. I waited 3 hours. It wasn’t until the 3rd follow up that it was clarified that a vehicle with 40k miles would be worked on in the bigger work shop. This included inspections and tire rotation. Maybe you need more mechanics?
I do recommend the customer is informed of these changes and details so they can decide and make better arrangements. I had another commitment that day and almost didn’t make it.
However, I am very satisfied to date of the service and personnel are very nice.
