I had the worst Toyota experience of my life. I brought my car in for routine maintenance. I was told my transmission was failing but they did not know when. Two days later my transmission failed. I have had my car for 11 years bought new and never once had a transmission problem. Then after over a month of waiting for the transmission to come in from Canada they call me for the first time ever and tell me good news it's nit the transmission but some cables that are bad. At this point with the transmission it was going to cost me around $4000. When they called they said since they don't have to fix the transmission I could save around $2000. I had already taken out a loan of $4000 to pay for thr transmission before they said it didn't need to be changed. The very next day I recieve a text telling me that now there is a problem with the motor and if I still want to fix the car. After calling several times to try to find out what was wrong. No one would tell me. They said I had to come to Toyota so I did. Now there saying it will be $6,772.00 to fix everything. That day Yaroline said she would see if they could work with me on the price for the labor or the parts. When they finally texted me the car was ready I asked them twice to tell me how much it was, but no one got back to me. Yaroline was not there when I picked up my car. When they finally told me how much it was they didn't give me any discount. Not for $1,600 in labor or not the parts. Not even $10 dollars. I was without my car for almost 2 months. During that time, I called maybe 20 to 30 times to speak with Yaroline. Not once did she ever call me back. She only left text messages eved so often. In almost 2 months the only call I received was from the technician working on the car to tell me the transmission that originally they told was bad was not. I have never had a worse experience in my life. Me and my family all own Toyota cars and trucks and SUV. I am extremely disappointed with Toyota right now. I never want to deal with Yaroline ever again.
