Dan was great. He did a fantastic job trying to get me out of there in a reasonable time but waited 5 1/2 hours to get simple maintenance and 4 tires. Couldn’t go home as I live an hour away. Perhaps get more people or build more equipment bays. This is not the first time this has happened.

Windshield wiper is still broken after second attempt. We’ll be back tomorrow again but honestly I’m not surprised at this point. Lost our custom tire valve caps last time because they didn’t take the time to screw them back on all the way. Doesn’t matter though because the service department won’t change and neither will the false pretenses in which we were sold our warranties under.
