Service writer was fantastic. Car came back smelling like oil/gasoline possibly from the technician that drove it out? With suede/leather seats, I would have expected plastic covering to prevent that.

I am very disappointed with my services. My invoice said my tires were rotated and they were clearly not!! I turned in a “the works coupon” and it was supposed to be included. Also it said they checked my tire pressure and this morning my low tire signal came on. And I went last November and gave the same coupon I still have the receipt and somehow this time I was charged 10$ more. I called to complain and the young lady told me I have to call Monday!!!!

The car was repaired well, but it took 4 days instead of the two or even the 3 I was told. Made figuring out additional transportation challenging for a family of eight, with 5 in school. Would have appreciated a discount for the inconvenience, but I am glad to have my van back. The service tech Bill was very nice.

Each visit gets better both the customer service that I receive from Mr. Sidener and the performance of my car. Mr. Sidener is always right on target concerning the recommendations for servicing my car. It leaves me with a good feeling in knowing that my Service Adviser is advising me accurately and every penny that I spend on maintenance for my car at Ford Antelope Valley is well worth it. I also appreciated the car wash and detailing I received after my car was finished being serviced. I am 100% satisfied!
