The main part I wanted fixed on my car is back ordered till mid April, that’s ridiculous! Now I have to drive with my car busted for a month and hope for the best till the part arrives. Communication is terrible too. When I couldn’t get a hold of a service agent, I called the main number and transferred to “service status”. They did nothing but transfer my call to the service agent, which I could have done myself.
