Unsatisfied with the service provided. Very rarely was I notified about my vehicle. Very unsatisfied that it took over one month just to get notified that I have to pay nearly $1,000 just to get my vehicle out of the shop. Seen as how I bought a certified pre-owned car from you guys, I don’t know how you can assume that I was not maintaining my vehicle properly when nobody knows how the vehicle was maintained before I obtained the vehicle. I have only driven the vehicle around 35,000 miles, and changing the oil at least 4-5 times that I can remember. The first oil change was actually done at the dealership. I don’t feel that amount of sludge buildup is possible within the amount of miles I’ve driven the car, especially when I have changed the oil at least 4-5 times. I feel that this should be covered by the warranty.

I was not aware that my truck would be spending the night in the yard and I was left stranded in town with no way back to my house that is over an hour away. I also had animals to feed as well as my elderly mother who was left alone at home overnight.
