Was actually pleased with the warranty replacement of the uv peeling on the headlight,with the replacement of the entire headlight assembly. However, my after market HID light was not working after assembly. The wire is broken inside the lightbulb assembly. What upset me the most, was I was waiting for the car, in the lobby, and did not realize I would be notified via email for pickup, or sought out for any explanation of the light not working before the service order was closed out. Perhaps the service tech was too much in a hurry when he removed or reinserted the light bulb assembly. We are taking care of this part ourselves but did not expect this type of damage. Overall, the service manager was attentive and helpful. Very professional. This did happen on a day with pouring rain and not being able to use my headlights was a bit overwhelming, And I did feel dismissed once the paperwork was closed out.
