I will be back to get other necessary repairs done here. Customer service is treated as #1 priority and the prices are competitive to other reputable car repair shops in town, but I felt assured at Antelope Valley Ford/Lincoln that my car would be properly taken care of.

Had a brand new battery installed in my Ford Focus Ford mechanics didn't even bother cleaning terminals due to it wasn't in the price or I didn't pay for it!!! And then he told do it myself which is not a problem but Ford seems to be lazy

The reasons I was not completely satisfied.is when I drop off my truck I was quoted for a service call the works the items of concern were fixed but when I read my paperwork throug I realized the service was never done.
