With the car being serviced, means of transportation is limited. I tried to request for shuttle to pick me up but was advised this is no longer offered and replaced with uber service. Was placed on hold over the phone for a good 20 minutes and then call was dropped. Called back, explained the same request, was placed on hold again and then transferred to Bill's voicemail. Left a detailed message to request for pick up but didn't receive a call back. 2 hours later, tried to call again, placed on hold again and this time for a good 40 minutes. Ended up hitching a ride with a coworker to AV Ford. The experience is just terrible.

Made an appointment for 12pm for an oil change, dropped my car off at 11:45am. Was told it could be up to an hour, which is fine and proceeded to wait in the waiting room. An hour and a half later I went to check what was taking so long. Come to find out the appointment was put into the job system for 1pm and was also scheduled during the tech's lunch hour. None of this was conveyed to me at any point before I asked. I showed Bill my confirmation for 12pm and he covered the cost of the tire rotation that I had also scheduled and apologized, but it took nearly 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation in the end. I've worked in customer service and one thing that was always pushed is constant contact with the customer and I feel that was a failure in this case when all the problems could have been solved with a simple phone call.

I have brought my car in for the same problem 6 times and the problem is still the same as the first time. However as a contractor, each time I bring it in during work hours it costs me about $90 in lost wages. The last time I rented a car for three days. I am almost $800 into this repair without any charges

Got there 15 minutes before my time appointment. But the appointment wasn’t until 15 minutes later. So I was there 30 minutes ahead of my appointment which I didn’t appreciate. And then had to wait another 30 minutes to get served. I guess everybody was at lunch or something I don’t know . besides that the service was good .

I was lied to about my warrenty. You tore apart my transmissiion in 2014 and now I am having issues again but now I have to pay out of pocket beacuse my warrenty ran out. I was told I has 100,000 mile tansmission coverage and that was not true. Now I have to pay 3000 to get the issue resolved. I will never buy another Ford product again and will advise eveyone I know to not buy any either. Do not contact me again unless you plan to fix it for free like I was told you would in 2014.

When the repair was finished early, he informed me promptly. He explained the shorthand on the repair form and answered my questions about avoiding recurrence of the problem.
