Waited over one hour to have tires aired up and low tire light reset. After Advisor Dan let me know my vehicle was ready, went to cashier window. Was told that I had to wait on the printer to warm up. Was approximately a 2 minute wait...then had to wait again for a Porter to bring up my car. Waited another 5 minutes and still no Porter. Finally the cashier went out and brought my car herself. It should not take such a long time to air up my tires. Very ridiculous and should be a faster way to provide excellent service.
Only one Service Advisor working, a total of 4 desks available, and he was constantly on the run.
It was Monday morning before noon. Other Employees seemed to just be wasting time visiting amongst themselves rather that helping customers. Should be a seamless team!

Just crying ???? this is third time is five weeks
Now message said TRANSMISSION FAULT !!! I really just DO NOT want this car and don’t have the finances or emotions to keep going through this !!!!!

Dan was very helpful, but someone was suppose to call me when my part came in and no one ever did. I finally called Ford myself after getting one of your letters, and they made sure that a part was put aside for me with my name on it. Then the gentleman from Ford told me to call Ashley and make an appointment to have my truck worked on. I tried to call Ashley but she wasn't in, so I left a message to have her call me back and that never happened. I finally called again on Friday the 11th of May and was told to bring the truck in so I did. They got the airbags replaced in no time at all. I was very happy with their service.

AV Ford did an outstanding job repairing our Lincoln MKZ. The service dept. and technician did excellent work. My wife was given a new Lincoln loner. We are glad we purchased and are having out car serviced at AV Ford Lincoln.
