100% satisfied. I brought my car in without an appointment because the check engine light came on...he fit me in for a diagnostic test and even managed to fix the problem! Wasn't too serious of a problem but still so much appreciated.

Your service writer acts like it is a bother to assist customers. After they check you in they act like you don’t exist anymore. I had to ask if my vehicle was ready because I noticed it had been pulled out. When I asked the cashier the service writer heard me and said “oh yeah I gave you the paperwork 15 minutes ago”

I cane in around lunch to drive my vehicle off, unfortunately the shuttle driver was at lunch so I was going to cancel being I needed to get back to work. I'm not happy at all about this situation supposedly they did my front brakes first thing I noticed when I picked it up was how dirty my rims were brake fluid running down one of them and I noticed there is still brake fluid running down one of them after I cleaned off already looking closer I'm beginning to think these are not my rims I wash my truck at least twice a week and my rims did not have all these little scatches all over them plus one of my rims has a mark on it it has been there since I owned the truck it's no longer there tread on my tires was not worn like what's on it now I get in my truck it won't even stay on
