I’ve been taking both my trucks to Dan since moving to the AV in 2015. I’ve never had a bad experience and he is always courteous and professional. A lot of service departments at the dealer level in particular will sometimes give you anxiety and can be very stressful. So far my experience with AV Ford, particularly my experience with Dan, has been nothing but straight forward and stress free. I worked as a service advisor for Ford for almost 2 years and I can tell you it can be very demanding and stressful dealing with vehicles, mechanics and customers. It’s definitely not easy and for the past 3 years and over a dozen visits I can say I’m completely satisfied with the level of consistency and quality of work I have received thus far. Service Advisors never get the credit they deserve and all it takes is one bad survey to ruin a whole month of hard work and dedication. Thanks for your hard work Dan. I appreciate what you do.

I'm still dealing with the insurance and AV Ford's difference in price Adrian is being very helpful but the insurance company is not budging says the work should not have been completed until the estimate was resubmitted to avford for approval I'm not sure how to handle that and until I get that settled I won't be able to give you a hundred percent satisfaction but I'm close I hope

When I took my car in for my appointment, it was for a body panel and Windows not able to automatically being rolled up, the windows were fixed, but the body panel was left out, went to pick it up and was told I need to make another appointment for the body panel even tho it was put in for the same appointment
