Keri has always in my apinion, has always been your greatest asset, when i need something done, on my 350 or explorerer she gets it done with a smile, you need more like her.. mabey put her in charge of diesel shop. Ive never had any kind satisfaction there !

I waited for 4 hours. I had a oil change and check engine light. I asked that the check engine problem be diagnosed 1st so I could go to lunch during repair. I heard nothing for an hour and a half. Then I was told it was a simple fix that was covered. They already fixed it. That they would do the oil change. So I sat tight. Almost an hour later I asked about the hold up. I was told that they were just putting oil in it now. I waited another 30 minutes for my car. I think I got forgotten. Everyone was nice but it was unnecessarily long wait. I had lunch at 3:30pm before my 2 1/2 hour drive back to Fort Irwin. I know you were busy but better communication would have made for a much better experience.

I just spoke to Adrian about what happened yesterday and I am still not happy at all with any of this. To me it seems more like excuses and "oh hums" then actually getting to the bottom of this issue. Also, for Adrian to tell me how generous he is for replacing the caliper for free; which is something that you guys broke, is ridiculous!
On top of me being a corporate pilot I also work as a contract pilot. Your operations mistake cost me a contract job yesterday afternoon that was worth $1000 and my reputation; which your company obviously doesn't understand or care about.
So on top of me having a 9am appointment that was suppose to be done by 11am, your operation managed to:
1) Not even start to work on my truck until 1230pm.
2) Sell the breaks that were supposed to be put on my truck to someone else.
3) Misinformed me twice by Adrian and Morgan that my truck was completely done and ready to be picked up, when in actuality it was being broken at the hands of your mechanics!
4) Morgan had me pay for my truck in full over the phone, telling me that it was finished and ready to go, when it was actually broken!
5) And to top it off I was given a rental car that did not even have a half tank of gas in it.

I had my car serviced, but after I drove it the oil cover fell off on the freeway. I had to pullover and retrieved the part and drive back to the dealership. I had to spend another 45 min until the service guys said they had to order a new part, now I had to go back again. All this just for an oil change.
