Matt provided great customer service at my recent service. I was very happy when he walked in the door behind me with an immediate "how can I help you?" He took great care to keep me updated on my service, even calling multiple Toyota protection plans to check on coverage. Thanks again!

My car was said to have wires chewed up by rats. I am not doubting that is not the case, but when I asked the young gentleman at the front desk what I can do to prevent that from happening again, the answer was “get a cat”. I realize there may not be any good preventions. However the gentleman’s answer was certainly not very helpful.

I had an absolutely terrible experience, which **** because I have loved the work of little apple service. I brought my car into little apple at 920 and didn’t get my car back until 3 minutes before closing with zero communication, about the time my vehicle would be done. When I dropped it off I said around 2-3pm they said yes that absolutely didn’t happen when I called to ask what the updates were all I got was it’s kinda crazy right now. I don’t care you have my car and I want an update. She didn’t even get on the phone to tell me herself she had the operator tell me. On top of that entire bad experience when they called me with 3 minutes left of there shift they informed me the service car that dropped me off was no longer running.(SERIOUSLY) well you can pay over the phone and find a way out here. I would have much rather the service Department tell me no they couldn’t see me today than the 8 hour run around that I got. I’ll be sharing this on Yelp.

I had a 10 am appointment for an oil change. I dropped off at 8 am and said there wasn't a particular time I needed it by but I assumed they would just slot it in at 10. I came back at 3 and they hadn't started it yet. I then proceeded to wait until 5:15 until it was done.

Becca has always been exceptional! However, your new scheduling system is completely ineffective. We scheduled a 20,000 mile maintenance a week and a half out for a Saturday and when I arrived, it was a 2 hour wait because they had double scheduled vehicles for that hour. I then scheduled it for 1:30pm yesterday and I dropped the vehicle off before 11am and asked for it to be done by 4:30pm. When I arrived, it had just been taken back and it took until 5:15pm for it to be completed. He then informed me that the tires wear looked good and he didn’t want to charge us for a service that didn’t need to be done. My guess is that they just didn’t have the time since it was already 5:15pm. I have no faith in believing the tires are wearing fine or if they just didn’t have the time. It’s sad that when an appointment is scheduled, it’s not be worked on any where close to the scheduled time. Today, I stayed with the vehicle in hopes it would be faster service.

Scheduling an appointment online is extremely deceiving! I had an appointment to drop off my car at 7:45am, which apparently means nothing! I had to call at 4pm to check on my car, was told I would be called right back and never did. When I showed up at 5pm, over 9 hours later, I was told 10 more minutes. I did not get checked out until 5:35pm. No one apologized for the poor service and my service was not even explained to me when checking out. My money was just taken and expected to leave. The shuttle service was terrible as well. 35 minutes to drop off myself and one other person! Worst service I have had anywhere in a long time. I will likely never use your service department again. Very disappointing.

Little Apples service ****. You didn’t even have my car’s air filter in stock so I have to return later for it. I want my 10% discount
