Sat for almost an hour before they told me they couldn’t find the part that they wrote and called to tell me they had. It’s a simple hood latch that was missing following my recent service. So now they are ordering another part, then I’ll have to make another trip to have it installed.

I don’t like buying a battery from Toyota for my Lexus and getting no warranty for the battery just because a Toyota dealership installed the battery. I was told that any Toyota dealership could do any repairs that a Lexus dealership can. I’m done with Lexus. Please tell Lexus!
