I had to pay to replace a replacement battery, that was provided under the original warranty. Because, apparently, Little Apple Honda and Honda USA feel that failing to either honor the warranty on the replacement battery, or recognizing that my CRV was about 2,000 miles outside its bumper-to-bumper warranty and they should fix their own error, my family and I will NEVER buy another Honda. Further, I will liberally share the pictures of my literally changing the battery in front of the dealership, along with the warranty card for the battery provided to us when the initial battery replacement was done, a year ago, with my social media networks. Having to wait and hour and 45 minutes for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation seems pretty ridiculous. Maybe some folks don’t mind if they have a ride or leave, but when it is an appointment, a simple oil change and tire rotation should not take that long.
