The receptionist did not document my appointment correctly. When I scheduled, I stated that I needed my 21 point inspection and my “ECO” light was off. She gave me the appointment time I requested for 430p on 5/16 My inspection was complete but I was told that they couldn’t do my other service cause they got off at 5. I protested and they kept my car and gave me a loaner. My point is, the receptionist needs to thoroughly document customer needs and make sure the correct time is allotted. Becca went above and beyond for me...she added an appointment then I called to cancel and then I asked for additional services and she had to run around to ensure she had what I wanted in stock. I was a pain in the bottom but she remained friendly, helpful and professional the entire time and I will ask for her by name the next time I need to bring my car in. It was a great experience for me.
