I was one of the first in this morning for service. As I sat and waited for my service to be completed you can here the team discuss everything. Susie your receptionist was amazing. She helped a customer on the phone while the staff did not support her and actually worked as if they were right and the customer was wrong. If I’m the customer on the other end of that call I’m glad to work with Susie. But the rest of the staff was pretty disappointing. Your culture is an interesting study.
